Learn what makes your team tick or ticked. Avoid making them ticked, meet them where they each are, and lead every individual in the way that is most meaningful to them.
2. Right-Size: What is the workload like? Are shifts or workflow allocations set up in a way that load-balances the work and helps team members avoid burnout? Are workflow allocations also assigned by skill and complexity?
3. Incentivize: Many CFO’s and other healthcare leaders do not believe in bonusing Revenue Cycle team members. Why not? Just like a sales team, these people are in charge of growing your cash flow.
